It is an AU of my creation in which the trolls are victims of a curse which transforms them into werelusi. Each chapter has an illustration that goes with it. I encourage you to take a look.

((Hey guys, sorry for the self-advertisement, but I would really appreciate if you took a look at this. It’s going to have a more serious tone than Pir8s, and it’s not exactly in traditional MSPA-style choose-your-adventure format, but I hope you don’t mind that. The illustrations are going to be better than they are on this blog, as will the story.
Oh, and don’t worry, Pir8s is still happening. I’m just also doing something more serious as well.))

AnonymousI didn’t just “8ecome” a pir8…….. I was 8orn one! That’s what happens when you’re raised on a pir8 ship with one of the 8est pir8s ever as a mom.
As for why…….. well, sailing freely on the high seas is the gr8est experience. I’d rather die than 8e 8ound to some rigid schedule and set of rules! The loot, wenches, and Faygo are all 8onuses, too.

You are approaching one of the ships when suddenly, a few wild Navy-cronies appear! They glare at you ever with their piercing eyes of justice. You nearly faint in terror. You aren’t sure why you are always so noticeable, but it certainly isn’t because of your fully-functioning prosthetic arm or the eye patch.
Jade Harley [JH] and Nepeta Leijon [NL] have begun pestering Captain Vriska Serket [VS]

VS: Anyway, I know of a ship that could outmatch any of these leaky old dinghies. Perhaps you’ve heard of…….. the 8lack Spade?
JH: ha ha that is a good one! i am utterly fooled

JH: ugh youre kidding right? the black spade is just a legend!

NL: :33 < s33, the black spade is a spooky ship with big black sails with a wicked crew and an even wickeder captain
NL: :33 < in fact they say that the captain is so evil that when you look into her eyes she swallows your soul!

JH: i am having a really hard time believing that! it just sounds like a load of bollocks to me no offense

((A note about asks))
((Hey guys, author-lady here. I appreciate you guys sending in asks and things, but the last few I’ve gotten have been particularly irrelevant to the AU. I’m not saying that you can’t ask anyone anything you want, but the questions like “Karkat how do I use buckets” or “Dave what time is it” will no longer be posted because they just clog up people’s dashes and aren’t helpful at all. Questions about, say, the love lives of the main characters, what they were thinking when they did something, their thoughts on a subject, or where they are will still be posted.
Just thought you’d like to know. Keep the asks coming! Also, I am extremely low on submitted actions, which is something that gives the adventure that silly twist or mishap every now and then!
